Synthetic Sea Salt, Formula A (ASTM 1141)
"Sea-Salt" ASTM 1141 is a sea salt mix that is used in the standard practice for the preparation of substitute ocean water. It standardizes seawater conditions for many uses including accelerated corrosion studies, oceanographic research, ocean instrument calibration and chemical research testing. This product meets the American Society for Testing and Materials standard practice for the preparation of substitute ocean water.
