Xylenes, Technical Grade

Xylenes, Technical is a hydrocarbon that is aromatic and is a mixture of isomers. Used as a solvent that is colorless and has a sweet aroma but is extremely flammable. It is used in the laboratory in conjunction with dry ice to act as a coolant. Laboratory grade products supplied by ScienceLab are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
