Sodium Phosphate, Monobasic, Monohydrate, Crystal, Reagent, ACS is one of the sodium salts derived from phosphoric acid. Highly hygroscopic and water soluble it comes in the form of a white powder. It is used commercially in powered products as an anti-caking agent for those qualities. In a watered solution it is basic, with a pH value between 8.0 and 11.0. As an ACS grade Reagent, ScienceLab compound is used as the quality standard against which other substances are grade and has met the toughest regulatory standards for quality and pureness.
