Sodium Phosphate, Dibasic, Anhydrous, Reagent, ACS is one of the sodium salts derived from phosphoric acid. Highly hygroscopic and water soluble it comes in the form of a white powder. Used commercially in powered product as an anti-caking agent for those qualities. In a aqueous solution it is basic, with a pH value between 8.0 and 11.0.
