Sodium Persulfate, Reagent is an inorganic compound that is a powerful oxidizer and severe irritant to eyes, skin and respiratory system. Used as a bleach and as a detergent component it is often used to replace ammonium persulfate in mixtures for etching zinc and other printed circuit boards. As a source of free radicals it is a useful radical initiator. Its reagent grade means this is the highest quality commercially available for this chemical and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
